Tallulah Falls

NO TRESPASSING WITHOUT PERMISSION
Waterfall Info: Tallulah Falls is the tallest waterfall on McKaig Creek, located at the head of McKaig Gulf, a major tributary of Gulf Creek in Forester Gulch. The waterfall drops through a steep, narrow canyon in the form of a long stairstepping slide with spectacular cliffs on either side. A small, deep pool lies at the bottom of the falls. A short, steep side trail accesses the base of Tallulah Falls from a junction along the private residential neighborhood trail to Singing Sisters Falls. Additional drops are found downstream along McKaig Creek, but they are far smaller waterfalls with no trails of any sort to them.

Unfortunately, Tallulah Falls and every other waterfall in McKaig Gulf/Forester Gulch is located on the private land of the Lookout Highlands neighborhood, a high-end gated residential community. There is zero public access to this waterfall or any others on the property. The HOA has constructed a difficult and rugged trail system leading through the gorge to the falls. However, the trails are open only for homeowners and their guests, and this is strictly enforced. No Trespassing signs are present throughout many sections of the trail system and property boundaries.
