Located along Sarahs Creek near the upper end of Sarahs Creek Campground, Apple Valley Falls consists of a lesser-known pair of scenic waterfalls with easy access. The main (upper) tier of Apple Valley Falls is a picturesque 20-foot slide beneath a magnificent overhanging cliff. Just below this, Sarahs Creek drops over a cascading 20-foot lower waterfall into a broad, sandy pool.
Both drops of Apple Valley Falls are accessed by an easy, unmarked scramble path hidden away at the back end of the Sarahs Creek Campground's upper section. The name of the waterfall comes from being located in an area of flat bottomland along Sarahs Creek known as Apple Valley. This is the fourth of six significant waterfalls on Sarahs Creek.
