Bartram Falls

Chattahoochee National Forest

Rabun County
Sky Valley, GA

GPS Location:

34.99159, -83.28415

Waterfall Height:

18 feet

Bartram Falls is a nice little 18-foot waterfall located in a lush setting right along the Bartram Trail, 0.4 mile south of the Hale Ridge Road crossing. The waterfall isn't anything to particularly write home about but makes for a great photo in wet weather. It's also a nice bonus stop for hikers headed to the summit of Rabun Bald. The waterfall lies on an unnamed tributary of Holcomb Creek.

Greg Ford has submitted a photo (see below) of another small, sliding waterfall located off-trail down in the rhododendron thicket below the main drop of Bartram Falls.
