Hardly tall enough to count as a waterfall, Blackberry Falls is a powerful rapid on the Cartecay River best known for being a nemesis to beginner kayakers. The waterfall lies on private land, surrounded by numerous homes, so most people only get to see it from the water while kayaking the river. The covered bridge at the end of Mulkey Road affords a partial upstream view of Blackberry Falls.
