On the southern side of Chimney Mountain, Snake Branch drops over a long sliding waterfall in its headwaters. Known as Chimney Mountain Falls, this 60-foot waterfall is impressive in wet weather. Accessing it entails a long, difficult cross-country bushwhack up the Snake Branch valley from Hwy 356.
