Constellation Falls is a tall series of wet-weather waterfalls located off-trail on the remote western slopes of Grassy Mountain. The waterfall lies on an unnamed stream feeding into Rockflat Branch. Five distinct sheer drops are found here, ranging from 20 to 80 feet. The uppermost and largest drop is the main destination. Constellation Falls is best seen after heavy rain.
Reaching Constellation Falls requires a difficult 1.3-mile bushwhack upstream from where the creek flows through a culvert beneath FR 630D. The road is designated as an off-road vehicle trail and is often gated at the Mill Creek bridge by the FR 630 intersection.
