A picturesque block-style waterfall about 20 feet in height, Dicks Creek Falls is a family favorite due to its easy roadside access and spectacular swimming hole. The waterfall can be seen directly from Dicks Creek Road (FR 34), and an easy pathway descends to its base. The large, deep pool at the base of Dicks Creek Falls is among Georgia's busiest mountain swimming holes. Dozens of vehicles often line the road during summertime. Despite being officially located on Dicks Creek, the waterfall is also known as Waters Creek Falls, as the Waters Creek confluence lies just upstream.
