The third of four waterfalls on Dicks Creek, this 40-foot sliding-type waterfall is flanked by a sizable cliff and surrounded by moderate wood clutter. It lies significantly upstream from Dicks Creek's lower two roadside waterfalls, Dicks Creek Falls and Upper Dicks Creek Falls. The route to Falls No. 3 of Dicks Creek begins along a fisherman's path but entails significant strenuous bushwhacking.
