Dover Creek Falls
Chattahoochee Wildlife Management Area
White County
Helen, GA
GPS Location:
34.69465, -83.80102
Waterfall Height:
60 feet
An impressive series of zigzagging slides tumbling over 60 feet, Dover Creek Falls is the second of three waterfalls on Dover Creek. Although this is a large waterfall, it's difficult to view all its sections at once, other than through the trees from the hillside above. The waterfall lies below FR 244 (White Oak Gap Road) and can be accessed by a steep bushwhack down into the Dover Creek valley from the road. Upon reaching Dover Creek, continue bushwhacking along the south side of the creek down to the falls.
