Located in the extremely remote upper reaches of Rough Creek, Emerald Mosaic Falls is located a quarter-mile upstream from Cooper Falls. This waterfall tumbles 90 feet in a series of drops through a large boulder field. The creek splits into several little branches resembling a mosaic, so the waterfall looks best in wet weather. The best way to reach the waterfall is to keep moving upstream from Cooper Falls. It's a difficult bushwhack.
