Garrett Branch Falls is a lesser known waterfall located near Highway 180 and Enota Mountain Retreat. This 35-foot cascading waterfall lies on Garrett Branch, which flows beneath the roadway just east of Enota's entrance. An old logging road leads 0.3 mile up the west side of the Garrett Branch valley to the falls. Despite occasional foot traffic, the road has many downed trees and is more like a bushwhack at times.
