Glade Shoals Falls is a spectacular 70-foot waterfall on Flat Creek, just below Highway 52 near Clermont. Unfortunately, the waterfall is on the private property of Glade Farm and is fenced off with numerous No Trespassing signs. Back in the day, Glade Shoals Falls used to be a favorite site for picnics and romantic rendezvous. Numerous serious accidents at the top of the falls eventually caused it to be shut down.
