High Cascades of Crenshaw Branch

Cohutta Wildlife Management Area

Gilmer County
Ellijay, GA

GPS Location:

34.85058, -84.54348

Waterfall Height:

100 feet

The High Cascades of Crenshaw is a second waterfall on Crenshaw Branch, located about 0.3 mile downstream from Crenshaw Branch Falls. Despite dropping over 100 feet in a series of sliding drops, this waterfall is very difficult to find an attractive vantage point of. Parts of the waterfall can be glimpsed from the hiking trail, but extremely steep slopes around the creek preclude better views.
