Hoods Creek Falls

Warwoman Wildlife Management Area

Rabun County
Clayton, GA

GPS Location:

34.92064, -83.29145

Waterfall Height:

30 feet

A long, gradual sliding waterfall about 30 feet high, Hoods Creek Falls is the lower of two waterfalls along Hoods Creek in Warwoman WMA. This waterfall lies well off-trail and requires a tough bushwhack to reach from Walnut Fork Road or anywhere else. An old overgrown roadbed does follow Hoods Creek near the falls, but there is no easy way to access it.
