Ivy Creek Falls is the lower of two small waterfalls found along Ivy Creek near Buford's Mall of Georgia. About 10 feet high, this broad, cascading drop is rather picturesque and is surrounded by lush greenery. An observation deck along the Ivy Creek Greenway overlooks the falls from above, adjacent to the Preserve at Mill Creek apartment complex. The apartment complex is private property, but Ivy Creek Falls can instead be seen by the public with a 0.6-mile walk from the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center. A scramble path descends from the paved greenway to the bottom of the falls.
