Lick Log Creek Falls is a nice 20-foot waterfall found in the headwaters of Lick Log Creek, a major tributary of the Chattooga River, near Rainy Mountain. An old logging road trail heads westward into the upper Lick Log Creek valley from Pool Creek Road, starting just north of the FR 9 junction. This roadbed, which becomes increasingly overgrown the farther you go, crosses Lick Log Creek about 0.2 mile below the waterfall. There is no trail to the falls.
