Lower Jessie Branch Falls is a 15-foot waterfall located on Jessie Branch just before it spills into the larger Wildcat Creek. Wildcat Road (FR 26-1) passes near the confluence, but a short bushwhack and creek crossing are needed to view this small waterfall.
