A broad sliding waterfall dropping about 30 feet, Lower Mill Creek Falls is the final in a series of five waterfalls located along Mill Creek in a tight gorge below Hickey Gap Campground. Below this waterfall, the creek opens up into a somewhat broader valley. Lower Mill Creek Falls lies completely off-trail. The quickest way to reach it is via a steep bushwhack from Mill Creek Road. People have also creekwalked to it downstream from Mill Creek Falls.
