Lower Montgomery Falls is a little-known 25-foot waterfall located along Montgomery Creek, downstream from Montgomery Falls. Its base is home to an outstanding swimming hole. The waterfall lies off-trail, down the steep hillside well below the trail leading to Montgomery Falls. It can be heard faintly from the main trail.
