Lower Nancy Town Falls is a small roadside waterfall on Nancy Town Creek, located along Red Root Road (FR 92). It lies a mile downstream from the larger and better-known Nancy Town Falls. The road bridge over the creek affords a great view of this waterfall. At 8 feet high, this stairstepping cascade barely qualifies to be a waterfall, but it's a scenic spot beloved for its ease of access. A nice sandbar and wading area are found at the foot of Lower Nancytown Falls. A popular car camping site lies nearby.
