Lower Talley Mill Falls is a 25-foot waterfall dropping over a broad, sliding rock along Talley Mill Creek. It lies about 0.15 mile downstream from Talley Mill Falls and can be accessed via a short downhill scramble off the unofficial path leading to the bigger waterfall.
