Wolfpen Branch is a sizeable tributary of the Left Fork Soquee River with several waterfalls, most notably Wolfpen Branch Falls. However, the stream first drops over a scenic 15-foot waterfall known as Lower Wolfpen Branch Falls. It lies about 0.3 mile from the river. Intrepid off-trail explorers will pass by this waterfall while bushwhacking up the overgrown old roadbed leading to Wolfpen Branch Falls farther upstream.
