Habersham County
Clarkesville, GA

GPS Location:

34.69316, -83.40946

Waterfall Height:

20 feet

Located near the Panther Creek Trail about 1 mile from the Old Historic Hwy 441 trailhead, the Panther Creek Sluice is a long, scenic cascade tumbling 20 feet down a sloping bedrock slab abutting a nice cliff. This spot lies down a short, steep scramble path away from the main trail to Panther Creek Falls. It makes for a nice appetizer waterfall on the way to the main event.
