Patterson Creek Falls is the second of three waterfalls along Patterson Creek west of Dillard. While this 18-footer is the most scenic drop along the creek, it lies on the private property of Valley Springs Lodging, unlike the other two waterfalls. This is a resort and rental venue, so Patterson Creek Falls is accessible to guests only and is closed to the public. The waterfall is accessed by an easy 0.1-mile walk from the resort property, which lies off Patterson Gap Road.
