Peaceful Falls is the upper of two waterfalls located along a wet-weather tributary stream below Tabor Falls. This stream feeds into the larger unnamed creek that Tabor Falls lies on, which in turn flows into the Middle Fork Broad River over a mile downstream. Although Peaceful Falls sits in a small watershed, this 25-foot waterfall is picturesque under the right conditions. There is no established path to Peaceful Falls, and it entails a tough 0.15-mile off-trail hike from Tranquility Falls. The best route climbs a steep hill on the north side of Tranquility Falls and then stays in the stream to the falls.
