Put-In Falls is the uppermost of five waterfalls found along the Georgia section of Overflow Creek, which flows down toward Three Forks. Additional waterfalls such as Chasm Falls and Glen Falls are located on the upper part of East Fork Overflow Creek, just across the North Carolina border. Meanwhile, Put-In Falls lies a quarter-mile south of the North Carolina border. This scenic waterfall drops 15 feet into a narrow chasm before emptying into a broad pool. The waterfall lies at the terminus of Billingsley Creek Road (FR 86B), just below a large culvert. From the turnaround, a short and easy scramble path descends to a large rock slab overlooking Put-In Falls.
