Rest Stop Falls is a 30-foot stairstepping waterfall located on Rocktown Branch just above its confluence with Allen Creek, slightly upstream from Asleep at the Wheel Falls. The waterfall is a convenient rest stop for kayakers floating Allen Creek before they enter the most exhilarating portion of the run. The best way to access Rest Stop Falls is using a series of gated forest roads from Rocky Lane, followed by a rugged off-trail bushwhack into the gorge.
