Located on the southern slopes of Springer Mountain - the famed southern terminus of the Appalachian Trail - Saddle Back Falls is a long series of sliding and cascading drops, tumbling about 120 feet down a tributary of Lance Creek. The falls are not much to look at except in wet weather, but their height is impressive. Saddle Back Falls can be accessed via a quick side path from the the Saddle Back Trail, which is part of the extensive Bull Mountain multi-use trail system.
