Sarahs Creek Falls
Warwoman Wildlife Management Area
Rabun County
Clayton, GA
GPS Location:
34.92173, -83.26162
Waterfall Height:
60 feet
Of the six significant waterfalls found along Sarahs Creek, 60-foot Sarahs Creek Falls is by far the most majestic. It lies in a steep gorge along the lower reaches of Sarahs Creek, downstream from Sarahs Creek Campground. This is among the best and tallest lesser-known waterfalls in the Warwoman Road area. Surprisingly, the area feels very remote for its proximity to a popular campground. The base of Sarahs Creek Falls is accessed by a series of faint, unmarked paths from the end of Kell Cemetery Road (FR 155C). At times, this will feel like low-level bushwhacking. There is no trail leading into this area directly from the campground.
