Scott's Falls

Chattahoochee National Forest

Rabun County
Clayton, GA

GPS Location:

Waterfall Height:

20 feet

Upstream from Glassy Mountain Falls, on the northern slopes of Glassy Mountain, lies a pair of small wet-weather waterfalls known as Scott's Falls. The first tier is a 20-foot slide, while an overgrown 20-foot free-fall lies right above it. This waterfall lies high in the watershed and is only worth seeing after heavy rain. Scott's Falls can be glimpsed from FR 11A, a gated forest road branching off the road leading to the summit of Glassy Mountain.
