100 feet

Upper Bad Branch Falls is a tall series of waterfalls dropping over 100 feet approximately 0.1 mile above Bad Branch Falls near Seed Lake. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to reach or view these falls despite the easy access to the lower falls. Near the start of the trail to Bad Branch Falls, a side path branches off and steeply climbs a ridge, eventually leading above Upper Bad Branch Falls. From here, it is a very steep and overgrown bushwhack to the falls. The waterfall has multiple tiers and attaining a view of the full run at once is difficult. Moreover, there has been ample debris laying on the falls.
