Located just east of the unincorporated community of Cisco, this wet-weather 20-foot waterfall lies a few hundred feet above Cisco Falls in the North Prong Sumac Creek valley. The unnamed stream splits into two forks here, and Upper Cisco Falls is located on the smaller east fork. The most fascinating feature of this waterfall is a schist cliff with striking parallel incisions, indicative of geologic bedding planes.
