Upper Dover Creek Falls is the first of three waterfalls on Dover Creek. Flanked by an imposing cliff, this 20-foot waterfall marks the head of a deeper gorge along Dover Creek. The waterfall lies below FR 244 (White Oak Gap Road) and can be accessed by a steep bushwhack down into the Dover Creek valley from the road.
