Upper Horsetrough Falls is a remote 25-foot sliding waterfall located about 0.1 mile upstream from the popular Horsetrough Falls. Off-trail and surrounded by dense rhododendron, this one is only for the hardcore waterfallers. Reaching Upper Horsetrough Falls would entail a very difficult bushwhack up the steep, rugged mountainside north of Horsetrough Falls.
