Upper Jessie Branch Falls is a scenic 25-foot waterfall located in the upper reaches of Jessie Branch in the Wildcat Creek valley. It lies well above Lower Jessie Branch Falls but is also near Wildcat Road (FR 26-1). The waterfall lies just below a primitive campsite along the stream and requires a bit of steep scrambling and mild bushwhacking to reach.
