Upper Mill Creek Falls is the first in a series of five waterfalls located along Mill Creek in a tight gorge below Hickey Gap Campground off Mill Creek Road. It's a scenic set of stairstepping cascades and slides, dropping about 30 feet, and surrounded by extensive rock slabs. The waterfall can be accessed via an unmarked scramble path that follows the creek downstream from the campground, which lies off Mill Creek Road.
