60 feet

Upper Sarahs Creek Falls is the second of six significant waterfalls found along Sarahs Creek. It lies in a steep gorge along the lower reaches of Sarahs Creek, between Sarahs Creek Campground and Sarahs Creek Falls farther downstream. This 60-foot waterfall drops in a multiple tiers through a tight canyon, flanked by a towering cliff at the bottom. Only about two-thirds of Upper Sarahs Creek Falls can be seen from the base, due to the sharp bend the waterfall makes while rushing through the canyon. Geologically, this is a unique waterfall.

Reaching Upper Sarahs Creek Falls requires a short but wet creekwalk upstream from the area near the top of Sarahs Creek Falls. While a faint side path from the end of Kell Cemetery Road (FR 155C) accesses the creek here, it does not lead directly to the upper falls, requiring a creekwalk.
