Upper Tabor Falls is a 15-foot cascading waterfall located about half a mile upstream from Tabor Falls. It lies on an unnamed tributary of the Middle Fork Broad River. This small waterfall makes a rather gradual drop, but the stairstepping ledges make it scenic. There is less water flow this high up the stream, for it splits into multiple forks above Tabor Falls. Upper Tabor Falls is accessed using a short bushwhack side trip from the main trail to Tabor Falls.
