A beautiful 40-foot waterfall tumbling through a tight V-shaped notch in a cliff, Upper Turner Creek Falls is the second waterfall found on Turner Creek in the Kellum Valley area. To reach the waterfall, hike for 1.4 miles along a series of unofficial trails from the end of FR 75, which branches off Kellum Valley Road. Accessing the base of Upper Turner Creek Falls entails a short, steep bushwhack down from the trail.
