Wispy Falls is a steeply-cascading, wet-weather waterfall located on a small tributary of Mill Creek. The waterfall is about 25 feet high with smaller cascades downstream. This stream joins Mill Creek below Lower Mill Creek Falls. Wispy Falls can be accessed via a steep bushwhack down from Mill Creek Road (FR 28-2) and is only worth doing after heavy rain.
