Waterfall Info: This intricate wet-weather waterfall is on an unnamed tributary of Spoilcane Creek flowing in from the east just below Upper Spoilcane Falls.

Access Info: An unofficial trail along an old road leads from Highway 75 to Spoilcane Creek below Upper Spoilcane Falls. From there, you can scramble upstream to the tributary confluence and follow the tributary to Phil's Sister Falls.
