Tatum Gulf Falls
Waterfall Info: Approaching from the top, this is the first and largest waterfall on Tatum Gulf Creek. It is one of the more spectacular free-falling waterfalls documented in Northwest Georgia and sits in an enormous rock grotto that stretches in a semicircle more than 180 degrees on either side of the falls. My understanding is that a flagged trail leads to the waterfall from New Home Loop and continues down the gorge. However, this is private land and should still be treated as such. I would not visit this waterfall without owner's permission. If you do visit, please leave no trace so that this waterfall doesn't get posted off-limits.
