Upper Becky Branch Falls

Picture
Waterfall Info: This is a waterfall at the 2,400-foot level of Becky Branch, well upstream from the well-known Becky Branch Falls. While there is a long series of drops along this steep section of Becky Branch, most of them are heavily covered in deadfall and rhododendron overgrowth. Only one small drop is quite scenic.
Landowner: Chattahoochee National Forest
Height: 20 Feet
Type: Stairstep Cascade (Single-Tier)
County: Rabun
Access Info: The best way to reach this waterfall is to bushwhack cross country from FS 406, a rough seasonally-open road. FS 406 begins along Warwoman Road, and it is also crossed by the Bartram Trail.
Waterfall Location: 34.890039, -83.360277
