Waterfall Info: This small but very scenic waterfall is the upper of two on South Fork Baker Branch.

Access Info: An old logging road from Highway 60 descends to and crosses South Fork Baker Branch, approaching the top of Upper Ripple Rock Falls. You'll need to make a relatively easy bushwhack down the gorge from there to access the upper and lower falls.
